Make sure you send a sample to a lab before calling that out as mold.

It doesn't have to go to a lab.

A cocker spaniel or a beagle could take care of that for you.

Philip, are you sure that's pizza? I see something curled up like it's just sleeping. [:)]

Reason #17 to always check the interior of the oven before turning it on.

Jim, can you tell me which Reason # the George Foreman grill might be if it is in fact, listed?

It shares #12 with crock pots.

Once when inspecting a house that had been empthy for several years I was given a very srtong warning NOT to open the fridge. I did not open it.
